This baseline End User License Agreement applies to public Ollama Loader software downloads unless a separate license, order form, or signed commercial agreement expressly replaces it for the relevant software or deployment.

Subject to compliance with this agreement, Wolfes Den Consulting grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Ollama Loader software in object-code form for internal evaluation, authorized operational use, or other permitted use expressly described in the applicable order, quote, or download terms.
This license is granted, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You may install the software on systems you own or control, make reasonable backup copies for recovery purposes, and use the software in accordance with the accompanying documentation.
You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer beyond what applicable law clearly permits, remove ownership notices, or present the software as your own product unless a separate written agreement expressly authorizes that use.
The software may be accompanied by update packages, installer assets, documentation, or hosted support services. Availability of those services may change over time. Separate third-party components remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
Where the software integrates with local runtimes, external model providers, or third-party infrastructure, you remain responsible for complying with the terms and operational requirements that govern those external systems.
Unless a separate support commitment applies, no obligation exists to provide maintenance, patches, or response-time guarantees merely because the software has been downloaded or installed.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the software is provided as is and as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every environment. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and any controlling written agreement.
This license terminates automatically if you materially breach it. Upon termination, you must stop using the software and remove copies under your control unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, and liability limitations, will survive.
